Approximate costs per m2 for brick and blockwork

Hi everyone

Im building a house soon in the East Midlands and was wondering what kind of rates im looking at for bricklayers. I assume blocks are a bit cheaper per m2 to lay? I imagine there is a shortage of bricklayers too so would 4 months notice usually be enough do you think?
