Aqualisa digital diverter - light codes?

morning all.

Got a Quartz digital diverter installed with rain head and handset (2 outlets).
Wired remote on wall outside bathroom.
All works ok but customer has texted me saying that the light around the button for the handset (2nd outlet) is flashing when the main button (rain head) is in use.

Obviously can't call AL today and can find no fault info online.

Anyone know what this light signalling represents? Usually, flashing light means outlet is getting up to temp set by thermo. But this is when other outlet is in use.

Any ideas chaps?

Is it a new install? Flashing light usually means a cable hasn't been pushed into its connection properly in my experience

All info I have to hand today is...

AL Rise unpumped digi divert head & hand shower RSD.PACK7

It came with processor, digital divert unit, digital divert button, wired remote, fixed head and arm, hand-held wand (outlet, bracket and hose).

Thanks Muggles... yes; I have had problem with that in the past too! Trouble is that the lug broke off the remote lead RJ45 jack, whilst trying to route it, but I made sure it was fully home and this is not the button that's having the flashing issue.
