Aquarious washing machine banging

OK don't have a model number yet, just a punt, but the machine is making a heck of a noise when on spin, banging. From day one this thing was broken, with restrictor valves, then door seal, then main motor, then a metal plate holding electronics being sheared off....never known such an unreliable piece of technology!

The machine hasn't been moved, and remains in place when this banging is taking place, and the noise is within the machine, rather than the machine hitting the counter top; so any common problems(!) main bearings, or another plate sheared? before I strip it once again?

Could it not be as simple as one of my missing socks being trapped in the drum somewhere?

To look at the machine in isolation, ie when turned off, doesn't really reveal anything, as it only bangs at high speed, and the drum is in suspension, so any help, appreciated..

Dampers or drum spider? Is there any play in the drum when moved in an up/down direction?
