aquarius WML540 washing machine

hi there

please can someone tell me how to fix my machine...mechanically it can do everything its meant to do but on a cycle once its on the spin it seems to unlock the door itself and wont continue to do a full cycle we have cleaned out the filter and my brother has tightened up the connections at the back and cable tied them and it still doesnt work does anyone have any other suggestions???its only 2 years old

Wot is it not doing ie not rinsing spinning washing forever any lights flashing etc.

it will do all of that after i've turned it off and on again at the mains but i have to do it in stages but once it starts spinning after rinsing etc etc the door unlocks and it pause's so proves impossible to do a full cycle even in doing it in stages if that makes any sense??
