Are these frost/water proof?

hi,

I want to to use some concrete blocks for a shed base and bed them into the ground.

Please could someone advise if the following would be suitable, resistant to frost and water?

Also what is the difference between the above and this, with one being medium?

Basically will they start falling apart over time? Any ideas welcome?

One is a medium density block the other is a dense.
Dense will weight about 17-20kg, medium 14-17kg
Either of those 7.3n block is suitable for you.
