Aristo WRC NSF no power

Hi

The above is electric immersion heater with day night supply. There seems to be no power going to it. Both lights do not come on, obviously no hot water. Fuse box has not been tripped, checked fuse in mains supply and that's fine. Can't believe that both thermostats have gone at the same time...any help much appreciated

Check for and reset any overheat devices. If no cure, it's tracing the fault with electrical proving equipment such as a multimeter.
