Ariston WRC NSF not working

Hi

The immersion has a day night supply. None of the lights are on either switch for day night supply. Have changed fuse but still nothing. Hasn't tripped the fuse box, and I guess that both thermostats wouldn't go at the same time.
Any help much appreciated
