Ariston AV834C Washer Dryer noise

I have a 15 year old Ariston Margherita Washer Dryer which has given good service in that time, only 2 problems in that time (split cold water feed pipe and door catch broke) on last 2 washes it has starting making a noise and vibrates significantly on the spin cycle. Must admit is sounds expensive, is it worth repairing or is it time to invest in new machine.
