Hi I've just installed this boiler as a replacement (not yet connected to gas supply). My overflow is continually dripping also and I have no leaks at 1.5 bar pressure but then pressure soon returns to zero. Does anyone know how to recharge the expansion vessel ? or might the problem disappear if the boiler is fired up ? any advice will be very helpful, thanks.

This has nothing to do wit a water leak
or might the problem disappear if the boiler is fired up ?
