Ariston HE Boiler Querie

Hi everyone,

Please could you try and point me in the right direction, i have an Ariston HE30 boiler approx 2 years old, in the last week or so i have noticed that the hot water temp is not what it should be.

If i run a bath with the water temp turned up to full the bath is only luke warm, it seems to be hot then cool down then get hot again and so on.
The central heating on the other hand is fine.

I removed the DHW temp sensor and cleaned it but this has made no difference, can anyone suggest anything i should look at please ???

Water running hot/col/hot... is, more often than not, a partialblockage in the plate heat exchanger.

Any sort of advice on how i might be able to clear it if it is a blockage ???

am i best draining the CH and DHW system and re-filling again ???
