Arlec wiring accesories

As title , has anyone used these and what do they think. My local discount shop has these on clearance with shiny bronze metal sockets for 58p !! twin dimmer switches £1.28

That brand is a stock item at Screwfix, all with positive feedback. I guess that seller has bought a load of excess stock and needs to clear it.

I haven't so can't give you any feedback on it. However, I don't think it would be accurate anyway.

and what do they think.

I reckon the sockets are new? If it's in a used condition then the feedback given on whether they are worth of buying or not won't be very constructive as who knows, at the ones you're looking for, how long they have been used for, and how badly they have been abused.

At the end of the day, it's just about commenting on how long it lasts for, right?

Hang tight though, you might get feedback for the dimmers.

The thing about these offers is can you buy them at a later date and / or have all the types of accessories you need.

They sound too cheap to be true

I dont buy the cheapest stuff for my own use but not having heard of arlec I was intrigued. these are all brand new if sealed plastic packaging (that you need industrial scissors to open!...) I did buy a couple of 13A sockets with usb outlets in stainless steel for less than a pound each though.
