Hello,

Given it is nice and warm right now - and has been for weeks - how long until the stuff hardens off?

I want to put the door furniture back on, get normal service - door shutting etc - resumed - but don't want to rush to undo my toil and labours.

A week?

Or longer?

Ordinary satinwood (dulux) I would be putting the hardware back on the next day, I imagine quick drying stuff would be pretty awful to work with in this heat.

According to the decorator I used earlier in the summer, Armstead is made by AzkoNobel, who also make Dulux.
The bloke in the Decorator Centre recommended the QDS, as he said it wouldn't yellow, and wouldn't show up any imperfections as badly as gloss would.

Is there anything that makes you think it isn't already fully dry? I did my whole lounge and hallway in Armstead QDS a couple of summers ago and rehung the doors within 48 hours. Not had any sticking except for one slight movement in the top of one door lining after a couple of months.
