Artex or textured paper/paint?

Does anyone know if this looks like artex? Bit concerned and some places round edges look cracked but not sure if this is just layers of emulsion? Thanks

Actually looks like wood chip paper or something put on lining paper

Picture 2 looks like paper as I can see 2 seams?
Paper is about 530mm so if you find a "crack" that could be a seam, look about 530mm to the side and see if there's another?
