Artichoke And Other Foods Said To Aid Weight Loss

That's great!

I have all those apart from Kimchi. Not because I don't like it, but because we haven't bought any recently.

Weight today... 136.7 kg.

Swam 34 lengths of a 50m pool yesterday.
Did 40 last week, but had a bit more time.

Exercise is getting much easier and I can breathe more deeply.
Plus, I am coughing far less than I used to.

There's a definite tipping point, and you're tipping yourself back onto the right side of it.

I've gone up from 100 to 110kg recently. I feel a lot more than 10% less healthy, I'm taking action to beat myself into shape and get back on the right side of it.

You're doing great. Keep going.

Swimming and walking are great exercises and put those with a healthy diet you will lose weight. Keeping yourself fit and healthy is my top priority, not drank for 3 weeks now and doubt I will ever again. Life is more important than drink.

Loads of ways you make it.

Sauerkraut only needs readily available ingredients. I fancied trying kimchi but specialist shop ingredients needed. Never tried kombucha or kefir.

It makes me laugh how much effort people put into parking as close to the gym door as possible.

Then go on a treadmill for half an hour.

I could of done with the car being parked next to the squat rack after a big session lol.
