I have all those apart from Kimchi. Not because I don't like it, but because we haven't bought any recently.
 
Weight today... 136.7 kg.

Swam 34 lengths of a 50m pool yesterday.
Did 40 last week, but had a bit more time.

Exercise is getting much easier and I can breathe more deeply.
Plus, I am coughing far less than I used to.

There's a definite tipping point, and you're tipping yourself back onto the right side of it.

I've gone up from 100 to 110kg recently. I feel a lot more than 10% less healthy, I'm taking action to beat myself into shape and get back on the right side of it.

Swimming and walking are great exercises and put those with a healthy diet you will lose weight. Keeping yourself fit and healthy is my top priority, not drank for 3 weeks now and doubt I will ever again. Life is more important than drink.

I think overnight oats is the best thing someone can do.
It's a game changer for weight loss and healthy diet.
I always make with chia seeds and protein powder.
Loads of ways you make it.
Definitely start with that.

Has anyone listened to NHS doctor Alex.
He said that he gets frustrated seeing person after person with health problems that are related to lifestyle choices.
Many can halt the progression of illness and disease or in many cases reverse the damage they have done.
I heard that doctors could not understand why so many people were getting ill after the war in the late 50s and 60s .
