Asbestos roof query

Hi chaps.
I spend 45 minutes per day exercising in my garage. The garage has an asbestos roof. The roof is not disturbed by the activity apart from the movement of air, but I was wondering if prolong exposure in this enclosed space could present a health risk from the asbestos. Maybe you have replaced a roof for similar reasons?

Fibres from cement sheet do not float about unless the sheets are broken, friable or otherwise disturbed.

Basically, the sheet is safe if left alone and you don't get exposed to fibres just by being under it

You could always paint the underside or coat it in a spray foam type insulation if it makes you feel better, keep you warm in the winter too
