Before we get the video's out can you tell us what the problem is?

If the oil is leaking out at the very top of the engine its probably a rocker cover gasket you need But if its mixing coolant and oil or pushing the coolant out its a head gasket you need?

Now wheres that box of video tapes ..................

Not to bad.....
1, Re-tighten?
First clean around the joint and re tighten, it may just be loose.
2. Replace:
Take off the cover and clean all the old gasket off the cover and the surface of the engine where the cover sits. Probably have to scrape the surface clean with something sharp. You may need to wash out the cover with a little petrol if it looks gummed up inside? Clean all surfaces again and place the new gasket on the engine. Line the cover up with one retaining bolt and thread it in a few turns BY HAND. Place all the bolts in through the gasket and tighten by hand. then tighten with a short bar/spanner to ensure you don't over tighten. 90 degrees after contact should be plenty. Don't over tighten.
If the engine had oil leaking from the oil gasket, you may need to clean the old oil away as much as possible to ensure you know if the new gasket has sealed or not? Do not put the new gasket on and hope for the best. Ensure it does not leak before using the car, especially for long runs.

Some of the other guys may think of something I forgot, so hold tight

Couldn't find a 1.4 video
