As is assuming intelligence if you've gone to university.
I see you've missed the point again...

Many people it seems who didn't go to university for whatever reason begrudge it being a societal duty to fund the education of others...

Who they will undoubtedly end up relying on at some point in their life, and then expect not to pay for the expertise that they expect to get for free and for which they didn't wish to fund!

Please explain how someone with a degree in gender studies, feminism, transgender, art history, liberal arts, philosophy wine drinking etc. Falls in to the category of having expertise that the avg tax payer will need at some point in their life?
