Chris,
I posted this a few months back and you said you would have fitted vents do they sell them in screwfix, if so could you post the link, if not could you post a link to where I could get them from and what they look like.
Thanks
V
I have just installed a new rad in my kitchen, I have teed off the flow and return, taken the copper into a cupboard under the stairs, up the wall across the celling of the cupboard, down the other side, through the wall into the kitchen. The problem is every rad in the house gets hot and the flow pipe upto the rad gets hot, but not the rad itself. Both valves are open. I have tried to draw hot water into the rad by bleeding it through, it gets hot, then as soon as I close the bleed valve it goes cold.
Any clues???

Yep - air locked into the high part of the pipes. We would have fitted vents. But you could try turning all the other rads off and the pump should manage to get the air out.
