Fitted new rad downstairs, now have 1 cold rad

I have fitted a new Rad downstairs and have had to tee off from another rads flow and return pipes. This rad was downstairs on the other side of wall.Refilled the system and all radiators heat up after bleeding with the exception of one radiator (downstairs) which is stone cold. Flow and return pipes do not get hot to this rad. Have tried turning off all other rads but still no luck. Have bleed the cold radiator and there is no air present. Stuck

for ideas on what to do next - could it be i have interrupted the flow???
