Attach a sign post to a gate post

We have a 9" gate post on the drive and want to put a sign higher than the top of it as it's not very conspicuous.

I pictured a 3x2 or similar affixed to the gate post a bit like an estate agent sign but cannot for the life of me find suitable brackets. I could screw my sign post on directly but a couple of brackets sound stronger.

I found this image on Google but not widely stocked, is there something better or do these have a name I can search for? Sorry of like a truss clip almost

Just use angle iron each side
