Attached Garage Concerns

Afternoon all, first time poster so please be gentle!

My neighbour and I both have identical houses, detached, with attached garages in between us. He is now extending and has detached his garage from mine and attached it to the side of his house ready for a 2 storey extension. The extension is butted up close to my now single garage but to close the front in they have bricked the gap, effectively now joining my garage to his whole house.

Hope this makes sense. Should I be concerned about this for future resale or any other issues?
