Whatever the ethnicity or religion of the hero pilot, the actions of the aggressor pilot cannot be attributed to the religion of his fellow pilots. Didn’t a Musslim bystander intervene in the Manchester incident?

Bluppo, it is simple logic - if an aircraft, or a car or train or whatever, is found to have been fitted with a defective component that might cause a crash, every one of those aircraft, everywhere in the world, gets grounded and banned from flying. It doesn't matter that most of said components will NOT fail, what matters is the possibility that just one of them MIGHT fail and cause a disaster. One would be too many.
