B and Q concealed toilet

Has anyone fit the concealed cistern vanity from B and Q. Customer has bought is flat pack to start with . I was looking at the instructions instead of the front panel sliding up to access the cistern or so you can fit toilet and test then slide the panel in from above. The panel is only removable by pulling forward. So would have to fit the panel then fit toilet to pan connector and flush pipe. I remember doing a repair on a vanity like this as previous fitter had cut flush pipe too small. Was a pain as had to remove toilet to get the panel of.

Fit the pipework, then the panel, then the pan goes up against it
 
Thanks it's this one actually, can't find any instructions online for it

This is normal though, if that's how it goes together it will be fine.
