Back and fill - Machinery that will fit up path?

Hi all, early next year i am going to landsacpe my garden, the garden is on a slope and i want to tier this into 3 sections. Only problem is that i can't get a mini digger down the path (and up steps, as it's a towm house and the garden is on the second level) to get to the garden. Is there such a thing as a small mechanical digger, or something that will help me move the earth around?

We hired one that not much bigger than a standard door width, is their a chance you could take out a fence panel get to your garden

HI, I have seen the micro diggers, which will fit down our path, but we have about 20 steps to get up to the garden. Can't get access from any other way unfortunately.

I can get access to a winch, maybe i could hook something up?
