Back boiler and extra rads.

Evening.

Im going to help a friend add a couple of new rads. He only has rads upstairs and wants a couple in his living room on the ground floor.

He has a back boiler behind his fireplace. Are they tank fed or do they have a mains feed like on a combi? He doesn't seem to know.

Also, with only 6 rads on the system I assumed it would be fine to handle a couple more.

Any advice appreciated.

Tank fed and yes will easily take a couple more rads
