Was just wondering if anyone had experience of tiling glass mosaics with a slight transparency?

The ones I will be using are here:

When you hold them to the light there is a small amount of transparency.

The cards came mounted on a white plastic card but I am unsure if they are intended to be on a white background on the wall. The wall will be blue around them but I am not sure if it is worth painting the tiling area this colour first or just leaving it white?

You need to use a white adhesive suitable for glass and ensure that the mosaics are fully bedded, any ridges from spreading the adhesive will show through as lines. BAL Mosaic fix will do the job.
