Pretty much all the plaster on one of the walls in my flat has blown because of damp coming through from a dodgy downpipe outside

The pipe is now fixed and the wall is dry. I'm gonna strip off the old blown plaster this afternoon. Once that's done, what would the next steps be? I'm gonna get a plasterer in, but not really sure what I should be asking them to do. Would a reskim be OK, or does it need to go back to brick?

Make sure its dry and not loose or crumbling, and re skim.
