Badly fitted gutters and roughcasting

yup its gonna be a cold house lol......ive waited 2 weeks im sure ill survive till saturday....buffalo shirt and softie jacket at hand..
 
well those high windsrips a few tiles off...:( but ive managed to put those plastic strips up under the last row of tiles and into the gutters at the wknd there. And tonight i come home to the same problem... a leak from the same place..... insurance job i think now.....
 
i had a look lastnight, and the frenchdoors are directly under the upstairs bedroom window,but there is a gap under the window sill and roughcast....could this be the culprit....and if so whats the best way of sealing or filling the gap in this weather ,,,,,,HELP please although i like the mrs not talking to me 4 days is a bit long...and im afraid shes gonna blow and not in the good way.... well maybe if i get it sorted...
