Hello
My balcony has top stones to create a overhang for the monocouche render, however the sealant between the stones has come away and water is getting in and damaging my monocouche render.
So, two questions:
1. How do I seal the stones up correctly and with what materials?
2. Is there anything I can add the the underside of the stone to create a edge drip point stopping the water dripping down my render
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
