Hi,i have quoted for re tiling a exterior balcony floor ,underneath the old tiles there appears to be a clear coating applied to the concrete (almost like a membrane).
Can anyone recommend what tile adhesive & grout to use on this ,customer wants quarry tile to be put on.
I was thinking of bal super flex (which is what i usally use internally)
But not sure if will adhear to membrane coating or can be used externally.
Any advise greatly appriciated.
