I have an old flat roof (over porch) that developed a minor leek. Was intending on replacing next spring but think I will do it now before the winter. I was wondering what type of cost is involved. I live in Northern Ireland so in general work tends to be cheaper than England.
Size 5' x6' with house walls on three sides. Laid with felt at the moment. Had a few people look at it (awaiting quotes) and the one I am considering recommends Rubberbond EPDM. I do not want a pitch roof and it is rarely walked on.
It needs stripping down to joists, re-boarded, will get a 20% grade in it, then insulated and finally top layer with all the usual finishes and flashings.
Ball point figure for this? Just need an idea ta
