bang the front and it works

Hi 1st Post,

I have a credaplan electric oven and a gas hob which works perfectly
but the oven needs a little help to get going. When you turn it
on you need to tap the front at the dials where the cooker light
is to get the light to come on and stay on, it could be a loose
wire but i cant figure out how to get the front panel off it there
seems to be no visible screws or fixings to remove to gain access.
