I live in a three floor apartment block and whenever i run my water hot or cold the people downstairs are demented with a constant clicking, like woodpecker like banging noise, enviromental health said it was water hammer, (people downstairs complained) correct me if im wrong but water hammer does not occur when water is flowing, and ideas or suggestions. Help Help...
