Banging noise

Hi All

I have installed my solid fuel stove and boiler. Had my pie work checked and all in order. I installed the ususal thermostats etc. Everything is working fine apart from a banging noise in the pies as the pump kicks into gear.

Is this just pie thump or is it the cold water meeting the hot in the pie work. Can this be fixed??

As yet, I haven't put any fernox in until it has been fully tested.

Try some different pies!

Could be you have wobbly pies, try using clips near the pump and valve.
