Annoying arent they. I never got them on my old PC, but now i have a vista PC with new software etc. I cant remember for the life of me what software I used to block them before. I thought it was google toolbar, but now i think, it cant be because google are an advertising provider!

I have Norton internet security 2007, my only other thought is that the older NIS2003 blocked ads?

OOI, I got norton on OEM CD but the cd wouldnt play with vista, so i went online and downloaded the software (FOC), and entered the key from the CD pack. That was it! A backwards way to do it, but it worked. And I only paid £16. Online it would have been £50

Anyway, ad blockers . . .

Mozilla Firefox has a good add-in to block adds....I guess you want to use IE7 though ?

Those of my customers who face this very problem find that suggestion extremely useful.

Quite so - two of my customers have bakery businesses.

Then they should find sorting out any problems a piece of cake
