Basin tap cartridge

These are quite standard things these days with many manufactures making the same cartridge. Which is the better make of cartridges to personal experiences?

Manufacturers do make the same ones for they make for, eg Bristan may make for merchants own tap range etc. I wouldn’t know which is best. I would try obtaining like for like or @TapMedic supplier/fitter.

I believe brassware manufacturers do not make the cartridges, being made by specialist companies with most being in China.
