Bath room vent fan trunking

Just been to look at my daughters new house and seen water dripping from the ceiling fan. The bath room has no outside window so needs the fan but it appears that the wrong type of trunking has been fitted some time ago, its the type you would fit to a tumble drier. What type is needed and where do I get it?

usually 4" soil pipe and slope it to the outside so condensation in the duct runs away.

If you can't slope it then you need a condensation trap on a vertical section of pipe, plumbed to drain
