Bath waste height advice

Hello everyone,

So I am re-doing my bathroom. I am replacing an old shower cubicle with a bath. The bath will be positioned away from the outside wall and the waste pipe length is just over 2m (2.20m to be exact).

My main question is at what sort of heigh I should be aiming to position the waste pipe end that connects to the P trap pipe?

Is it one of those 5cm per 1m type situations?

yes,

when bringing the waste pipe up through the floor for a standard bath its usually
four inches from floor to the centre of the bend if this is what you mean.
