Bath water is tepid, please help..

Or check flow rates as its a wee bit colder and I bet you turn bath tap on full at 20 litre a minute with a 14litre a minute combi.
35deg temp rise at 14litres a minute. If you run the water quicker than this you will get less of a rise.
Have you tried to turn the tap in the bath down a bit to see if water gets warm?

Edit helps to read that it's been in for 10 years.
Plate probably blocked then.

Thanks for everyone's response. It sounds like I need a plumber. Does anyone know how long and how much this would generally cost to repair. I live in London.

Depends on the boiler and access. An hours labour plus the bits. 2 hours if it is a ball ache.
