True - but I, for one, have never gone looking for those dates. In any event, as I said, one really only needs to know the date of the victim's death and the date Part P came into force to realise that it is all-but-impossible that the former could have been the 'cause' of the latter. OK, if it were a matter of crucial national importance, it could probably be done 'overnight'- but, as you have illustrated, the 'usual' process takes years, not a few months.Indeed it does. Which should not come as a surprise, as all those dates have been a matter of public record for over 9 years.
