whats the best way to paint plasterboard ceilings in bathrooms to avoid paint flaking etc. the plaster boards new and hasnt been painted or anything yet,its also the moisture resistent stuff

would i use the same stuff for normal new plasterboard ceilings ie bedrooms etc or could i get away with diluted matt emulsion ?
