Bathroom concrete base

Hi

Have 2 x bathrooms in a 1980's built bungalow. At one end of the property there 2 bathrooms which are at the end of the reception area up 3 steps (around 2 feet higher than the rest of the property.

The client wants to move the bathroom suite around. But I cant say for sure whether its concrete or not ?.

There are no air vents on the outside of the bungalow near the bathrooms. But the bedrooms which are either side of the bathroom seemed to be floorboarded.

Any other ideas how I can say for sure. Without jumping up and down or ripping up the current tiles ??

Is there a bath, panel removal to view underneath ,possibly ?
