Bathroom ducting ventilation

I plan to install 2 bathroom extractor fans, one in the main bathroom and one in the ensuite. I hope to run the ducting up into the roof space and then vent it outside, is it ok to connect the ducting from both fans together via a T peice so i only have one vent on the outside wall or do i have to do one for each fan? if it is possible to join, where can i buy a T or Y connector, ducting is 100mm

you will need two separate duct lines, as one will blow down the other duct.
