Bathroom Extractor with Separate PIR

Hi,

I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I have an extractor in my bathroom and a separate PIR in the ceiling which switches it on. It has been working fine for two years and then suddenly the extractor stopped coming on. I have changed the PIR and the extractor itself for exactly the same one as before. I have checked and they both have a live feed. I can hear the PIR clicking as it senses movement but it is not turning on the extractor. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
