I'm installing a Bathroom fan, the house was built in 1933 with no soffitt.
I cant get to the rear of the house to put an vent ( conservatory in way, dont want to place the vent on the front.?
I have heard that you can extract into the loft space into a condenser unit.
Is this right??, or does building regs prevent this.
