Bathroom fan neutral

There's that Vent-Axia someone posted about a week or two ago which can work off a PIR and the light, but triggered by a photocell, not a connection to the light.
SVARA, but it's a sledgehammer to crack a nut.

Even if the nut even needs cracking!

Well, yes, to some extent, and I do think it has some features which aren't much use, or if they are are probably better implemented in other ways, like unoccupied house purging, moving warm air between rooms, schedules of ventilation rates.

But I think the photocell trigger is a bloody brilliant idea, and saving the cost of making good after running a 3-core cable to a fan to get light-switch control and overrun could easily pay for the premium.

And look how much people pay to be able to program their central heating from the beach in Marbella, or to talk to their fridge.

But it still needs power to it and while running 2 singles for N & L they might as well run the SL too and not have to mess about with what I'd consider to be a silly arrangement verging on a botch

True - I'd forgotten that the OP doesn't have any fan, I thought he had a basic one, and wanted something better.
