Bathroom fan size

I doubt it is suitable, a little more information would be required. Such as does the bathroom have a shower?

Then double, treble or more the answer, add a zero..

To allow for losses in the ducting, shutters/grilles, pressure drop in the room etc.

I accept that there will be some losses, but is not a 580 m³/h fan a bit unnecessarily OTT for the OP's 12m³ bathroom (i.e. about 48 changes per hour)?

It's a typical bathroom with a shower over the bath, a sink and toilet. Also a floor to ceiling cupboard roughly gonna be 1100 x 600

Possibly, if it's exporting all the air from one's house as fast as one can heat it!
