i am looking at getting a fire rated down light and have seen 2 on screwfixes site.

one is fixed and the other is adjustable. what is the difference?

There are 39 12V fire rated downlights and 47 230V fire rated downlights on the screwfix site. Which two are you looking at?

Fixed only point straight down. Adjustable means you can move the lamp to point in the direction you want, - look at the pictures and it should become clear.

it is the halolite ones (fixed and adjustable).

what is it that is adjustable?

Also should i go to somewhere like Edmunsons rather than screwfix? will i get a better range of lights to choose from
