Thanks to all the advice guys. In the end i went with the dulux Bathrooom + with mould tech and Soft sheen. (got a colour match)
This paint doesnt rub off (as per my original question) and being soft sheen is wipeable and doesnt mark.
I'm glad I didnt go with the homebrand b+q brand as the matt finish marked even with fingernails.
job done.. just gotta sort out my extractor fan now...
